We would like to inform you that TAIWAN KAMAYA ELECTRIC CO., LTD. closed its operation on December 31st 2008 in accordance with business integration with our .parent company, Walsin Group.
Walsin Technology Corporation took over the business of Taiwan Kamaya from January 1st 2009 effective.

Notice of Business Takeover |

We inform you that effective January 1, 2008, we, Kamaya Electric Co.Ltd. (''Kamaya'')
take over all the business from our 100% subsidiary, Sevco Co.Ltd, (''Sevco'')and Sevco will be dissolved on February 1, 2008, as to below.
A. Purpose of Business Takeover
This is to streamline all the business of Sevco after taping operation.
Afterward such business is operated under the management of Hokkaido Naie Factory of Kamaya.
B. Contents of Business to be Transferred
As mentioned above, all of the Sevco business, such as taping and shipment.
C. Influence of Takeover upon Operation and Quality Assurance
By this takeover, there are no changes in location(Hokkaido, Bibai,), raw materia1, process, QC flowchart, production equipment and quality assurance.
Furthermore we will continue to make dedicated efforts to improve product quality.
